How to Disable or Enable JavaScript in Chrome

In almost all browsers, JavaScript is enabled by default. If it is not enabled in your Chrome browser, you may get an error “You need to enable JavaScript to run this app” while running some applications in the browser.

Here are 5 simple steps to enable JavaScript in Google Chrome.

  1. Click on the “Customize and Control Google Chrome”, the 3 dots at the top right corner of Chrome.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Search the keyword JavaScript in the Search Settings field.
